Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. The ideal candidate is personable, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication skills. This position offers an opportunity to expand your design and sales expertise within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The role also offers potential opportunity for advancement into senior level position.

Duties

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in accordance with company standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market expansion
  • Track sales activities and maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the company's offerings

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to understand technical products or services and explain them clearly to clients
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • A driver's abstract is required
  • Background check may be requested

Compensation

  • Base plus commission range from $55,000 - $81,000+
