This is a part-time (Thursdays 9am-5pm) , doctor's office Administrative Assistant job, located in South Etobicoke (M8V 1B5), ON. The Administrative Assistant will support daily operations by performing a variety of office support tasks such as managing patients schedules, answering and directing phone calls, and maintaining organized records, assisting the doctor, handling clerical tasks, and ordering and managing office supplies. Looking to employ immediately.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for engaging with patients and staff professionally

Attention to detail, multitasking ,organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently

Proficiency in office software tools and excellent typing skills

Canadian high school diploma.

Prior work experience as a doctor's office assistant is not required. Training will be provided. ( Pay posted is for 3months training period )

Fluency in Tibetan language is an added advantage. (majority of patients in this practice are Tibetan speaking)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 9 per week
