The Opportunity We are looking for an ultra dynamic, engaging, and high-performing Associate Doctor Recruitment Specialist to join the team that drives Corus’ future. This is a newly created position, reflecting the continued growth and evolution of our Associate Doctor program. Reporting into the Associate Doctor Recruitment Manager, you’ll support the full-cycle recruitment of Associate Doctors and cultivate a trusted pipeline with residency programs, candidates, and Doctor-Partners across North America. You’ll help bring our Associate Doctor program to life and amplify the voices of our doctors and practices, positioning Corus as the partner of choice in our industry. Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics, monitor emerging trends, and recommend strategies that give us an edge in a competitive market. You’ll help us stay ahead of the curve and anticipate challenges before they arise.
