Our client, a well-established organization in the
construction and infrastructure industry
, is seeking a
Regional Business Development Manager
to drive sales and business growth across the
Maritimes region (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland & Labrador)
. This is a remote position ideal for a strategic, results-driven professional with strong industry knowledge and relationship-building expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities through proactive market research.
  • Lead bid and tender processes, preparing proposals and quotations.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience in the construction sector.
  • Proven track record achieving sales targets and securing new business.
  • Strong understanding of tendering, bidding, and project processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
