About Us

Jan-Pro of the Maritimes is a leading commercial cleaning company serving Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Moncton, Saint John, and Fredericton. We provide reliable, insured cleaning services for offices, healthcare clinics, retail stores, franchises, and commercial buildings.

We are expanding our sales team and looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to focus on outbound lead generation and booking walkthroughs for new cleaning contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Make 60–100 outbound calls per day to businesses across the Maritimes
  • Identify decision makers (owners, facility managers, office managers)
  • Qualify prospects (square footage, cleaning frequency, current vendor issues)
  • Book walkthroughs/meetings for the Sales Manager
  • Follow up via phone and email
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity logs
  • Hit weekly and monthly call and appointment targets

Requirements

  • Strong communication and phone confidence
  • Experience in outbound calling or inside sales (preferred)
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling objections
  • Organized, disciplined, and motivated to hit targets
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Able to work full-time Monday–Friday

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • $15 per booked walkthrough

Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
