Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Brampton, ON. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling correspondence. The role also involves overseeing the organisation of documents, assisting with team communications, ensuring effective operational workflows, and performing general administrative duties to enhance executive efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining organised files.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports and other financial documents.
  • Strong Executive Support skills, such as anticipating needs, problem-solving, and ensuring seamless daily operations for executives.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficiency in office software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet tools.
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in a similar executive or administrative support role is preferred.
