Opportunity: Account Executive – Cambridge (Preston) ON

All-Risks Insurance Brokers Limited is a full-service insurance brokerage offering a broad array of property, casualty, life, health and investment products and services to the residents of Ontario. We offer our customers a choice of high-quality insurance products from a number of reputable and financially secure insurance companies in a friendly and courteous environment.

We currently have a vacancy for an Account Executive ( Personal Lines) in our Cambridge office. Minimum of 2 years of experience required

*RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO

Responsibilities:

  • Secure relationships with clients and COI's, sell insurance products, build your own book of business to service and maintain from our Cambridge office location.
  • Prepare applications
  • Renewal reviews
  • Cross-Sell & make coverage recommendations
  • Respond to inquiries from clients & insurance companies
  • Assist clients with claims process
  • Maintain client relationships

Qualifications:

  • RIBO License is required or ability to convert OTL to RIBO
  • Proven sales track record
  • Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines Sales experience
  • Self- starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals
  • Strong communication, presentation and relationship skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level of computer skills, knowledge and previous experience working with SIG XP and Compu-quote will be an asset

Additional Information:

  • Salary Base + Commission Compensation Structure: $50K -$85K per year
  • Aggressive commission structure on new business and renewals.
  • Self- starter with the ability to establish sales & retention goals.
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday; after hours/ weekends by appointment only, (your choice)
  • Work Location: Cambridge (Preston) Location.
