Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Office asstitant- Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, supporting management initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong leadership, organizational, and retail management skills to contribute to a thriving business environment.

  • Handle incoming calls professionally and provide accurate information to clients.
  • Counsel clients on available immigration programs, services, and eligibility
  • Convert inquiries into appointments by clearly explaining processes and benefits.
  • Assist with client intake, documentation follow-up, and data entry.
  • Support marketing activities.
  • Manage the front desk: greet clients, schedule appointments, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Maintain daily logs, call records, and basic office reports.
  • Coordinate with other office locations for client updates and workflow alignment.
  • Perform general administrative support tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to clearly explain immigration pathways (training will be provided).
  • Experience in counselling, sales, or customer interaction is an asset.
  • Basic understanding of social media and marketing support.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Must be able to commute daily to the Mississauga office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00-$3,500.00 per month
