We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Canadian Immigration case Worker/Consultant to join our esteemed team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with a Canadian immigration firm and are passionate about helping individuals and families find their way to Canada, we want to hear from you We are looking for outstanding professional to join our team and to build a long-term career. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Certificate Program in Immigration Minimum 2 year experience working in immigration or law related industry inside Canada Experience in Handling SOWP, Visitor & Super Visas, LMIA work Permits, Permanent residency files such as Express Entry, Federal PNP programs, Family Sponsorships. Experience with RCIC Portal and FIle Submissions is a must. License/Certification: RCIC License (preferred) PLEASE DON'T APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY PRIOR EXPERIENCE WORKING DIRECTLY IN IMMIGRATION FIELD INSIDE CANADA Responsibilities: Apply knowledge of Canadian immigration processing categories and understand requirements for each category On instruction and direction from the RCIC work on applicant files by preparing the applicant for immigration processing based on the visa type Collect information from applicants via email and phone Using available resources to draft complete application packages for review by the Client Make revisions to drafts as directed by the Client Ensure that applications are filed in a timely manner Meet with Client to discuss questions raised by the applicants and then relate information back to the Client Draft emails in response to queries by applicants and prospects Work with the Client and other third-party service providers to drafting of forms, copying of documents, and sending out packages on behalf of applicants Follow-up with immigration authorities on pending applications Enter and monitor expiration dates for applicants' status in tracking system Review expiration reports Conducting comprehensive client assessments to determine the best immigration pathways. Preparing and submitting accurate immigration applications and supporting documents. Providing expert guidance on immigration programs, policies, and procedures. Representing clients before immigration authorities and tribunals. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and changes.
