  • Manage and coordinate multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with program objectives and timelines.
  • Handle JIRA administration for tracking epics, stories, tasks, and progress across teams.

  • Drive milestone planning and ensure timely delivery of program deliverables.

  • Ensure high-quality documentation, processes, and communication across all levels of stakeholders.

RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (X+ years) as a Program Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT or related fields.
  • Strong expertise with JIRA and related reporting tools.
  • Ability to create and manage dashboards, trackers, and program reports.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Experience in managing milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite; knowledge of advanced Excel or BI tools is a plus.
  • PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications are an advantage.
