Program Manager, Partnerships

At Roofr, we're obsessed with our customers. We constantly gather feedback to shape, prioritize, and launch the products they truly need. That's what makes Roofr's CRM special. We started by building essential sales tools like aerial roof measurements and digital sales proposals. But when our customers asked for a simple, affordable way to manage and scale their entire businesses, we listened. So, we created a CRM that connects these solutions—along with payments, material ordering, and more—into a seamless, powerful platform. With a clear roadmap ahead, we're excited to continue expanding and leading the market with innovative products.
We have an amazing culture, strong financials, and best-in-class company metrics. It's an exciting time to be part of an extraordinary startup that is already successful, yet still early enough to offer its team significant growth, equity, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
We're looking for a Partnerships Program Manager to play a critical role in scaling and executing our partner strategy. In this role, you'll serve as the engine that takes partnership initiatives from idea to launch—driving cross-functional coordination, ensuring alignment, and keeping programs on track. You'll work closely with leadership, internal stakeholders, and our Partner Enablement team to bring initiatives to life that create value for our partners and our business.
If you're highly organized, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy connecting strategy with flawless execution, this role is for you.
Who You Are:You're a builder and an operator at heart, skilled at turning big ideas into structured programs with clear processes, timelines, and outcomes. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you excel at keeping complex initiatives on track while collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Product, Revenue and Finance. You're proactive and resourceful, anticipating needs before they arise and stepping in to fill gaps to ensure programs succeed.
With a data-driven mindset and natural curiosity, you look to metrics and feedback to continuously improve and optimize. You're a strong communicator who can simplify complex information, rally stakeholders around shared goals, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where no two days look the same.
Most importantly, you care about helping teams win — ensuring that partnership initiatives are fully supported and set up for success.
What You'll Get to Do:- Plan and execute programs: Work with the department director and internal stakeholders to plan partnership programs and initiatives, leading their launch and execution (e.g., partner promotions, integration rollouts, co-marketing efforts).
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, Sales and Customer Success teams to align resources, timelines, and messaging for all partner initiatives.
- Enablement support: Collaborate with Partner Enablement Managers to ensure their programs and campaigns are supported with the right assets, tools, and internal communication.
- Project management: Develop and maintain project trackers, timelines, and process documentation to keep all stakeholders aligned and accountable.
- Performance tracking: Monitor program progress and performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Resource creation: Anticipate needs and coordinate the creation of resources (sales collateral, internal training, partner-facing assets) to support upcoming launches.
- Execution ownership: Step in where needed to drive day-to-day execution—whether that's organizing partner webinars, coordinating pilot launches, or managing campaign rollouts—ensuring programs move from concept to reality.
- Partnership programs are launched smoothly, on time, and with clear alignment across teams.
- Partner Enablement Managers are well-supported with the tools and resources they need to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Internal stakeholders are informed, aligned, and accountable throughout program execution.
- Programs consistently deliver measurable impact and continuously improve through iteration and feedback.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, partnerships, account management or coordination roles, ideally in a SaaS, B2B, or channel/partner environment.
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
- Experience developing program assets, communications, or collateral in collaboration with marketing or sales teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion) and CRM (Hubspot)..
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
