What you'll accomplish with us
As a Dealer Relations Specialist, you'll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients with their operational needs through our online system features.
Managing complex processes such as user, product, and dealer configurations.
Quickly identifying technical issues and escalating them to IT teams.
Producing reports and data extracts upon request.
Providing fast, professional, and efficient customer service via phone and email.
Verifying configuration accuracy before implementation.
Keeping documentation up to date and following up on requests.
Offering support and training to less experienced colleagues.
Participating in projects and training to support your development.

We're looking for someone who:
Is known for strong problem-solving skills.
Stands out for their ability to deliver excellent customer service.
Demonstrates a strong ability to work in a constantly evolving environment.
Has solid written and verbal communication skills.
Has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Is proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and has a good understanding of frontend systems.
Bilingualism in French and English is strongly preferred (advanced level), as the role involves frequent interactions with internal and external stakeholders who are either French- or English-speaking.

The typical salary range for this position is between $49,176 and $61,468 CAD per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role. At iA, we are committed to offering a fair, equitable, and market-based compensation structure. Our market data is updated annually to reflect the most current conditions.
