Êtes-vous un meneur bien équilibré et polyvalent qui a la passion de développer des relations d'affaires avec les personnes, de conduire une équipe vers le succès, de cultiver et d'obtenir des résultats?

Le/La candidat(e) retenu(e) devra:

  • Établir et entretenir de solides relations clients, assurer leur fidélité et leur rétention en menant des ventes et un service exceptionnel.
  • Développer proactivement les relations clients et fournisseurs.
  • Collaborer avec les vendeurs internes pour stimuler la croissance de l'activité sur l'ensemble du territoire.
  • Saisir, mettre à jour et maintenir les informations CRM relatives aux prospects et aux opportunités.
  • Identifier les tendances d'achat des clients et élaborer une stratégie pour mieux répondre à leurs besoins.
  • Comprendre parfaitement notre proposition de valeur afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients.
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin:

  • Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et de présentation orale, y compris les habiletés narratives dans les deux formats. La prospection se faisant principalement par téléphone et par courriels.
  • Attitude positive et enthousiaste, avec une soif d'apprendre et de progresser
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et de négociation
  • Capacité à penser et à agir de manière autonome, à un rythme soutenu, dans un environnement dynamique
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience avérée dans la vente B2B (acquisition de clients et développement des affaires)
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation, gestion du temps et planification
  • Ambition et dépassement avéré des objectifs de vente
  • Compréhension et capacité démontrée à appliquer les principes de ventes à valeur ajoutée pour optimiser la rentabilité
  • Honnêteté, intégrité et professionnalisme de haut niveau
  • Diplôme d'études secondaires ou diplôme d'études générales requis
  • Baccalauréat (commerce, vente, marketing, etc.)

The successful candidate will:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, loyalty, and retention through exceptional sales and service
  • Proactively develop customer and supplier relationships
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps to drive new business growth throughout territory
  • Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities
  • Identify customer's buying trends and strategize a plan to further meet their needs
  • Thoroughly understand our value-proposition to meet client needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

To join our Team, you'll need:

  • Strong business writing and verbal presentation skills including story telling in both formats. As prospecting is mainly done by telephone and email
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 3 to 5 years of proven success in a B2B sales environment (client acquisition and business development)
  • Outstanding organizational, time management, and planning skills
  • Ambitious mindset with a documented success in exceeding sales goals and objectives
  • Understanding of and demonstrated ability to apply value pricing principles to optimize profitability
  • High level of honesty, integrity, and professionalism
  • High School Diploma or GED required
