West Springs Veterinary Hospital is growing, and we're looking for a compassionate, client-focused Veterinary Technician Assistant who can also shine as part of our Client Care (reception) team.

This is a dual-role position for someone who understands that exceptional veterinary care begins the moment a client walks through our doors—or picks up the phone. If you're energized by creating warm, memorable experiences for pets and their people, this role is for you.

As our network prepares for the opening of the brand-new 5,000 sq. ft. West Springs Vet Hospital, this is an exciting time to join a team that values connection, hospitality, and teamwork as much as clinical excellence.

About the Role

This position beautifully blends hands-on patient care with meaningful client interactions.

You will:

  • Be a warm, welcoming presence at the front desk—greeting clients, answering phones, providing updates, and supporting a smooth flow from arrival to checkout
  • Assist veterinarians and RVTs with patient handling, treatments, and daily clinical tasks
  • Act as a bridge between departments to ensure clients feel supported and informed at every step
  • Help create a positive, calm, organized environment where pets and owners feel genuinely cared for

What You Bring

  • Experience in a Veterinary Assistant or Technician Assistant role (required)
