A BA is required for various security projects, such as:
  • Tracking of Capital projects as they pertain to physical security system installations from CPA to system UAT.
  • Development of contracts (SOWs) and RFPs as it pertains to physical security in consultation with the various project teams.
  • Coordination of security vendors and site escorts.
  • Processing of payments to vendors.
  • Requests for service from the Technology division in support of our physical security systems.
  • Development of physical security guidelines and directives as it pertains to security installations and scope of work.


Requirements Mandatory Education/Certifications:

University Degree
Scrum master certification

Desired Education/Certifications:

PMP or CAPM.
CBAP or other

Mandatory Experience:
BA must possess:
A minimum of ten (10) years experience on large and complex initiatives in the Information Technology (IT) and electricity industry
Strong planning, verbal and written communication, and analytical skills combined with the ability to collaborate with project stakeholders
Excellent stakeholder management skills, requirements gathering, analysis and documentation skills.

Desired Experience:

Experience working within IT (i.e. Excel, Resolver Core) and specifically security equipment and software (i.e. Genetec) is preferred.
