The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to support a range of strategic and technology-driven initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable professional with exceptional communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

In this role, you will collaborate with diverse teams, stakeholders, and leaders to analyze, document, and implement business and technical requirements that drive impactful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements across multiple projects.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate documentation, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions, ensuring clear communication of outcomes.
  • Develop test strategies and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Create process flows, user stories, use cases, and KPIs to support business objectives.
  • Support change management initiatives, including communication of project benefits and impacts.
  • Contribute to solution evaluation and selection to meet organizational needs.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation efforts to ensure project success.

Mandatory Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years' experience
    as a Business Analyst.
  • At least one
    of the following certifications:
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM)
  • Business analyst experience in a
    healthcare setting
    within the past 12 months.
  • Participation within the past year in the implementation of either:
  • A
    large-scale Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
    project, or
  • A
    large-scale Vulnerability Management
    solution (min. 5,000 endpoints).
  • Must be
    located in and legally eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications for data integration and reporting in complex systems.
  • Strong experience documenting and validating requirements in multi-enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leaders, clinicians, and frontline staff.
  • Demonstrated experience developing test strategies, coordinating UAT, and ensuring quality outcomes.
  • Experience in projects involving
    security, privacy, or personal health information (PHI)
    programs.
