About the Role:

We're seeking an
experienced Business Intelligence Analyst
to join a forward-thinking organization in Saskatchewan. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about
data, analytics, and digital transformation
, driving insight-based decisions across business units.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll design and implement
data-driven solutions
that enhance decision-making and operational excellence. You'll work hands-on with
SQL, Power BI, and Azure
technologies to build advanced dashboards, optimize reporting, and integrate data from multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement
    business intelligence solutions
    supporting digital initiatives
  • Develop and optimize
    SQL queries
    for reporting and data manipulation
  • Create and manage
    Power BI dashboards
    , leveraging
    Power Query
    and
    DAX
  • Integrate and visualize data from
    on-premises and cloud systems
  • Apply
    data architectural methodologies
    and maintain compliance with
    data privacy and security standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights

10+ years' experience as a
Business Intelligence Analyst
or in a similar role

Advanced skills in
SQL

Power BI

Power Query
, and
DAX

Experience with
Azure

Databricks

Lakehouse architecture
, and
Delta format

Knowledge of
data governance

star schema
, and
analytical data models

Proven
problem-solving
and
data interpretation
skills

Degree or Diploma in
Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science
, or equivalent experience

Ability to work
full-time on-site
in Regina
