Job Summary

Village Wellness Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Chiropractic/Reception Assistant to support front-desk operations and clinical flow in a busy, patient-centred healthcare setting. This role offers consistent weekly hours and is well-suited for someone who enjoys patient interaction, teamwork, and working in a multidisciplinary clinic.

Village Wellness Clinic is a family-centred, multi-disciplinary wellness clinic offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, osteopathy, and orthotics. Our team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality patient care in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and provide a warm, professional front-desk experience
  • Schedule appointments and manage phone calls, emails, and voicemails
  • Assist with patient check-in, check-out, and payment processing
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in the clinic EMR system
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms; assist with therapies (training provided)
  • Support daily clinic operations and the multidisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Previous experience in a chiropractic or medical office is an asset
  • Education in Health Science, Kinesiology, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Reliable, professional, and patient-focused approach
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Atlas, Jane, or Schedulicity is considered an asset

Schedule & Availability

  • Mix of weekday shifts, including some evenings
  • Occasional Saturday availability required
  • Flexibility to support clinic operating hours is essential
