Markham, Canada Village Wellness Clinic Full time

Village Wellness Clinic is a family-based clinic located in Markham, Ontario - next to Markham Main Street. We offer **chiropractic**, **naturopathic**, **massage therapy, acupuncture, psychotherapy **and **osteopathic** services. The multidisciplinary team at Village Wellness Clinic constantly works together to improve and optimize our patient’s health.

**Must be able to work a mix of evening shifts (4pm-9pm) and Saturdays (8am-3pm).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Some administrative & clerical duties (ie. reception, scheduling, collecting payments, etc.)
- Cleaning, organizing, and setting up therapy rooms for proper treatment
- Checking inventory levels through daily stocking of exam rooms and other areas of the clinic
- Maintaining a clean & quiet environment - cleaning and sanitizing treatment rooms, reception area, hallway, kitchen, and/or washroom
- Proper documentation in patient files
- Assisting Chiropractor in treatment rooms - helping with ultrasound, IFC, laser, etc.
- Handle all social media platforms for the clinic
- Other duties as required

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience as a chiropractic patient or working in a chiropractic office would be a bonus
- Student in Health Science, Kinesiology, General Science program is considered an asset
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service environment
- Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills (spoken, written, reading and comprehension); knowledge of other languages is considered an asset
- Committed, reliable, and flexible with regards to scheduling of shifts.
- Must possess a positive attitude and an outgoing personality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Knowledge of Atlas and Schedulicity software is an asset
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Team player and detail oriented
