The role is ideal for someone with a warm personality who genuinely enjoys working with people. This part-time position is perfect for someone who's looking for meaningful part-time work, or simply wants to be part of a positive, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Interaction: Greet patients with warmth and positivity, manage check-ins, and assist with basic questions.
  • New Patient Assessment Coordination: Assist doctor with assessments and help gather results.
  • Administrative Duties: Schedule appointments, manage records, and support billing and insurance processes.
  • Patient Education: Share wellness tips and basic info about chiropractic care and exercises.
  • Office Maintenance: Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked.

Qualifications:

  • A friendly, people-first attitude (non-negotiable)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, efficient, and detail oriented
  • Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer and social media skills
  • Respect for patient confidentiality (PIPEDA-compliant)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
