About the Role:

The Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant (COCA) is the heartbeat of our patient flow and the final impression patients have as they leave our office. You'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless, professional, and friendly check-out process while supporting the team in maintaining the systems that keep our practice running like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Check-Out: Facilitate a smooth and efficient check-out process, including scheduling follow-up appointments and collecting payments.

Scheduling Mastery: Manage the schedule to ensure optimal patient flow and availability for care.

Financial Transactions: Process payments accurately and maintain financial records with precision.

Communication: Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication with patients regarding their care plans, appointments, and financial responsibilities.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure alignment and efficiency in all patient interactions.

System Champion: Follow and uphold the practice's systems and procedures to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with scheduling software and basic financial transactions (training provided).
  • A team player who's coachable, adaptable, and eager to grow.
  • Previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting is a plus but not required, we're happy to train the right person
