Account Specialist (Surety)

What the day will look like

• Support account managers and assistant account managers in managing the accounts assigned to them.
• Supervise and carry out key processes that enable effective client service.
• Undertake internal activities related to customer service processes.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and project management skills.
• Must hold Broker's license, or to be obtained within 4 months of start date.
• Exemplary communication skills and ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
• Performs general account functions including miscellaneous office duties in support of client servicing.
• Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests.
• Actively supports the renewal process.
• Understands best practices and leverages available resources.
• Understands and works in alignment with the Aon Leadership Model and its pillars of Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results and Values.
