Toronto, Ontario, Canada iGuard360° Security Full time

iGuard360° is recruiting a Full-Time Security Scheduler / Operations Support Agent with cross-training for our Global Security Operations Command Centre (GSOCC). You'll be based in Toronto (primary), with occasional support for GSOCC operations (Hamilton) as needed.

What you'll do:

Scheduling & Operations (Primary)

  • Build and maintain schedules; forecast shifts; manage ad-hoc coverage and route assignments.
  • Update training records, and client/site data in systems (e.g., inTime Scheduling Software, Microsoft Forms).
  • Resolve missed punches, lateness, shift extensions, vacation requests; produce weekly reports.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, drivers, and sites; complete pass-alongs/shift updates.

GSOCC Monitoring & Incident Response (Support)

  • Monitor cameras and alarms in real time; document suspicious activity; dispatch mobile/on-site teams and emergency services when required.
  • Engage via two-way audio/video for deterrence; liaise with police as needed; file detailed incident reports.
  • Perform routine system checks; maintain accurate shift logs and records.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years scheduling/dispatch experience and strong MS Office/Excel skills.
  • 1–2 years security/video surveillance or loss-prevention experience (shoplifting/fraud detection an asset).
  • Working knowledge of Trespass to Property Act and Criminal Code s.494 (citizen's arrest) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, and de-escalation skills.
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence (required).

Schedule & location:

  • Primary shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Toronto office). Weekends/holidays as needed.
  • Occasional GSOCC support as operationally required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
