Job Summary:

Phylax Security is hiring experienced Tactical Security Guards for premium retail locations in downtown Toronto.

We require professional, alert, and proactive guards with strong presence and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prevent theft and recover merchandise safely

  • Respond to security sensor beeps & verify receipts

  • Monitor store exits, high-theft areas, and fitting rooms

  • De-escalate conflicts professionally

  • Prepare digital incident reports with photos

  • Work closely with store managers & staff

  • Maintain a clean, uniformed, professional appearance

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario Security Guard License

  • Use-of-Force & Handcuff Certification (mandatory)

  • Retail / LP (Loss Prevention) experience preferred

  • Excellent communication & observation skills

  • Able to work evenings/weekends as needed

  • Stab-resistant vest experience is an asset

  • Reliable, punctual, professional
