Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Account Manager or Senior Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company's customer base.
  • Lead the sales team in achieving revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Oversee project management processes to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in negotiation techniques and contract management.
  • Knowledge of market analysis and strategic planning.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively and foster a collaborative work environment.
