What we do
At TELUS Health we support the mental, physical and financial health of organizations and individuals around the globe. By offering training programs to organizations, we can support employees and leaders in developing the skills they need to help drive behaviour change, achieve organizational goals, and foster a culture of learning.
How you will make an impact
As a seminar and workshop facilitator you will be responsible for delivering in-person and virtual training sessions to TELUS Health corporate clients. You will also actively manage the learning environment and share your subject matter expertise and experience with client participants.
Topics include change management, stress management, resiliency, respect, professionalism and difficult behaviors (material is already prepared).
Seminars: One hour awareness building sessions.
Workshops: Half- and full- day interactive, skill-building sessions most often focused on changing workplace behavior.
Are you the collaborator we are looking for
You hold a postgraduate degree in adult education, psychology, industrial relations, organizational behavior or human resource management or equivalent experience;
You have a minimum of 5 years experience in delivering instructor–led training in an applied workplace setting;
You have practical experience delivering skill-based training to adult learners in a variety of workplace settings;
You demonstrate superior communication, presentation and group facilitation skills;
You have the ability to adapt instructional materials and strategies to accommodate individual and group differences, as well as special needs of learners.
