What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients warmly and manage front desk operations
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
  • Handle check-in/check-out processes and process payments
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Promote services and retail products to clients

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ years of reception or customer service experience (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers and office software
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings or weekends

No specific degree required – we provide on-the-job training
