We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. Duties

  • Conduct Pilates Mat and Reformer classes for individuals and groups, ensuring proper technique and safety.
  • Develop customized workout plans tailored to the needs and goals of clients.
  • Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises.
  • Monitor client progress and provide feedback to enhance their performance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages client participation and retention.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to create holistic wellness programs.

Skills

  • Proficient in English; proficiency in French or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to engage diverse groups of participants.
