Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and effective Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
  • Develop tailored workout plans that meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Demonstrate proper techniques and ensure participants perform exercises safely and effectively.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance client performance and motivation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring timely start and end times for each session.
  • Stay updated on the latest Pilates trends and techniques to continually improve teaching methods.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Pilates Instructor or in a similar fitness role is preferred.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Demonstrated customer service experience with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • Effective time management skills to handle class schedules and client appointments efficiently.
  • Leadership qualities that promote teamwork and collaboration within the studio environment.
