Job Overview

We are looking for passionate, skilled, and energetic Pilates Instructors to join our upcoming FS8 studio in Streetsville. FS8 is a unique fusion of Reformer Pilates, functional strength (Tone), and Yoga, offering a fresh, modern approach to movement. Classes are fully programmed by FS8 HQ, allowing instructors to focus entirely on delivering high-level coaching, exceptional form guidance, and a motivating, uplifting class experience.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality FS8 classes that follow FS8's provided programming and coaching guidelines.
  • Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating class environment for members of all fitness levels.
  • Provide clear cueing, technique corrections, and personalized support, especially on the Reformer.
  • Offer appropriate modifications, regressions, and progressions to ensure safety and success for every member.
  • Contribute to a positive studio culture by interacting warmly with members and representing FS8's core values.
  • Assist with light studio operations before and after class, including equipment setup, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Keep up to date with FS8 coaching standards and ongoing training modules to maintain consistency and quality.

Requirements

  • Reformer Pilates Certification required.
  • Additional certifications in Yoga, Barre, Personal Training, or Group Fitness are an asset.
  • Prior experience leading Reformer Pilates or boutique fitness classes is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal cueing, attention to detail, and ability to coach both beginners and advanced participants.
  • Professional, reliable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about movement and wellness.
  • Comfortable using studio technology (music systems, class tablets, member check-in tools).

Details

  • Part-Time Position: 5–10 classes per week.
  • Opportunities for additional classes and community engagement events as the studio grows.
  • Training and on-boarding will begin prior to the studio's official opening at an administrative rate
