Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading engaging Pilates classes, providing personalized instruction, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients of all skill levels. This role offers an excellent opportunity to share expertise in Pilates, promote health and wellness, and help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead group Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety.
  • Provide individualized coaching and modifications to accommodate clients' needs and limitations.
  • Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and satisfaction.
  • Educate clients on Pilates principles, benefits, and proper equipment use.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space before and after classes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals and progress.
  • Manage class schedules efficiently, ensuring punctuality and smooth transitions between sessions.
  • Uphold professional standards of customer service, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Reformer Pilates Instructor.
  • Strong teaching skills with the ability to instruct diverse groups of clients effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.
  • Effective time management skills to balance multiple classes and client needs.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $25.38-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 – 12 per week
