Nous recherchons un(e) ingénieur(e) en ventes pour développer le marché des solutions de modernisation et de machinerie industrielle au sein d'une entreprise internationale reconnue pour son expertise en levage et équipements mécaniques lourds.
Basé à Saint-Laurent, le poste comprend un territoire couvrant le Grand Montréal, avec des déplacements occasionnels au Canada et aux États-Unis.

Vos principales responsabilités
- Stimuler la croissance des ventes de solutions de modernisation et de machinerie industrielle dans le territoire assigné.
- Effectuer des visites clients pour analyser les besoins, prendre des mesures techniques et recommander des solutions adaptées.
- Préparer et soumettre des devis techniques et commerciaux à l'aide d'outils numériques.
- Utiliser le CRM au quotidien pour assurer un suivi rigoureux des projets et des opportunités.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, logistique, service technique) pour garantir la satisfaction client.
- Participer à la planification stratégique des ventes et à la veille concurrentielle.
- Assister aux réunions de ventes, formations et séances de coaching hebdomadaires.
Profil recherché
- Baccalauréat en génie électrique, mécanique ou industriel (ou expérience équivalente).
- Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en ventes techniques ou industrielles.
- Connaissance des systèmes de levage, ponts roulants ou machinerie lourde (atout).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, négociation et analyse.
- Maîtrise d'un CRM (obligatoire).
- Bilinguisme français/anglais (écrit et oral).
- Esprit d'équipe, autonomie et forte orientation client.

Sales Engineer – Industrial Machinery Modernization
Location: Saint-Laurent, QC
Position Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 + Commission (Total potential earnings $100,000 – $120,000)

We're looking for a Sales Engineer to drive growth in modernization and industrial machinery solutions across the Greater Montreal region, with occasional travel within Canada and the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth of modernization and industrial equipment solutions within the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer visits to assess technical needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial quotations using internal tools.
- Maintain daily updates in the CRM for project tracking and pipeline transparency.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, logistics, and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in strategic sales planning and competitive intelligence initiatives.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and weekly coaching sessions.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- At least 5 years of technical or industrial sales experience.
- Knowledge of lifting systems, cranes, or heavy industrial machinery is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (mandatory).
- Bilingual (French/English, written and spoken).
- Team player with initiative, autonomy, and strong customer focus.
