Job Summary

As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to diagnose issues accurately and perform efficient repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and vehicle safety.

Duties

- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate repairs

- Conduct automotive repairs including but not limited to engine, transmission, brakes, and suspension systems

- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to handle parts and equipment

- Utilize welding techniques for fabrication and repair tasks

- Use hand tools effectively to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the automotive shop

- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs to clients in a clear manner

- Interpret schematics and technical manuals to aid in troubleshooting and repair processes

Skills

- Proficiency in automotive repair techniques

- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required in the automotive repair field

- Proficient in welding for fabrication and repair tasks

- Skilled in using various hand tools for mechanical work

- Strong focus on maintaining high-quality work standards
