Duties

  • Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Utilize dealership service manuals and schematics to accurately assess vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.
  • Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repair or replacement.
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services.
  • Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle repairs and parts handling.

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is preferred.
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals related to automotive repair.
  • Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair work.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively and provide outstanding service.
