As a receptionist at Pacific Chartered Advisors LLP (PCA), you are the face of the firm and will represent PCA by greeting clients and helping them feel welcome over the phone, through correspondence, as well as in the office. You play an important role in the firm by setting the precedence for our clients to have a positive and valued experience with each meeting and conversation. An office administrator welcomes and communicates with clients, schedules meetings, answers the phone, answers emails and excels with administration work in a professional manner. This role is ever-changing at PCA and it is essential to be flexible and willing to learn in this exciting position.

Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Receptionist duties

· Welcoming and greeting clients

· Answering the phone

· Taking messages and ensuring that they are relayed in a timely manner

· Monitoring meeting schedule and coordinating with management

· Organizing and keeping track of documentation

· Answering and coordinating emails in a timely and professional manner

· Presentation and maintenance of boardroom for client meetings

· Providing documentation to the client in a timely manner

· Ensuring all client information within our server is up to date

Qualifications:

· Experience as a receptionist in a previous workplace

· Highly organized individual

· Able to complete tasks in a timely manner

· Able to multitask

· Able to work individually as well as in a group setting

· Keeping up with and on track in a fast-paced environment

· Highly skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook etc.)

· Highly skilled with Adobe

· Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
