We're Hiring: Senior Behaviour Therapist (RBA-Ont. or RBA-Eligible)

At Hope Autism Services, we're growing our multidisciplinary team (ABA, SLP, OT) and looking for a Senior Behaviour Therapist to lead high-quality, family-centred ABA services. If you're already an R.B.A. (Ont.) or actively working toward registration / collecting supervised hours, we want to meet you.

What you'll do

  • Lead clinical programming for 1:1 and small-group ABA.
  • Conduct and synthesize assessments; develop individualized BIPs.
  • Coach and supervise Instructor Therapists; run staff trainings.
  • Use data to drive decisions; document to MCCSS & CPBAO standards.
  • Collaborate with SLP/OT and caregivers to generalize skills across settings.

What you bring

  • R.B.A. (Ont.) or near-term eligibility (coursework + supervised hours in progress).
  • 2+ years supporting children/youth with ASD/DD.
  • Strength in supervision, coaching, and compassionate, ethical care.
  • Clear VSC; strong verbal/written documentation skills.
