Why Join Us?

- Immediate start – vendor-specific hardware maintenance training provided
- Competitive pay ($45,000–$60,000)
- Mileage reimbursement while utilizing your personal vehicle
- Health Spending Account (HSA)
- Career growth opportunities – we promote from within

- Travel to customer sites in your territory to service printers and office equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Provide basic customer training on equipment use
- Close out service calls with accurate records and parts usage
- Wrap up your day knowing you've solved problems and helped customers get back to business

- Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow service procedures
- Install upgrades and modifications to optimize performance
- Maintain accurate service records and a small inventory of parts
- Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service
