Job Description Job Overview: As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance and preventive maintenance of commercial and workgroup printers in business environments. This field role requires hands‑on technical expertise, a proactive approach to service delivery, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on workgroup desktop printers Troubleshoot equipment issues and follow standard operating procedures Install upgrades and modifications to optimize equipment performance Provide informal on‑site training to customers on the use of basic equipment Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage minimal parts inventory Build and maintain strong customer relationships in your assigned territory Why Join Us?
