If you enjoy working independently, solving mechanical issues, and building strong client relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.What You’ll DoStart your day from home and travel to customer locations to service and repair workgroup printers in professional environments. You’ll be the face of the company, helping essential institutions like schools, hospitals, and government offices get back to business quickly and efficiently.Responsibilities• Perform break-fix repairs on commercial/workgroup printers• Troubleshoot issues and install upgrades or modifications• Maintain service records and manage a small parts inventory• Deliver basic equipment training to customers• Build rapport and trust with clients across your territoryQualifications• Fully bilingual in French and English• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (tools, engines, or printers)• Field service experience in a customer-facing role• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle• Comfortable with travel and occasional overnights• Proficient with hand tools and computers• Able to lift up to 23 kg• Eligible to work in Canada, with at least 18 months remaining on work permit if applicable• Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent technical trainingBenefits• Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000• Generous mileage reimbursement: $0.72/km (first 5,000 km), then $0.60/km• $2,200 tax-free Health Spending Account (HSA)• Paid business expenses• Two weeks vacation• One-week online onboarding and one-week in-person training in Toronto• Immediate start with all tools provided (computer, phone)Why Work with UsThis is more than just a job.
