Base pay range CA$45,000.00/yr - CA$60,000.00/yr Bilingual Field Service Technician (French required) Introduction Are you fully bilingual in French and English with a passion for hands‑on technical work? Our client is seeking a driven Field Service Technician to join a dynamic national service team. If you enjoy working independently, solving mechanical issues, and building strong client relationships, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career. What You’ll Do Start your day from home and travel to customer locations to service and repair workgroup printers in professional environments. You’ll be the face of the company, helping essential institutions like schools, hospitals, and government offices get back to business quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Perform break‑fix repairs on commercial/workgroup printers Troubleshoot issues and install upgrades or modifications Maintain service records and manage a small parts inventory Deliver basic equipment training to customers Build rapport and trust with clients across your territory Qualifications Fully bilingual in French and English Strong mechanical or technical aptitude (tools, engines, or printers) Field service experience in a customer‑facing role Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle Comfortable with travel and occasional overnights Proficient with hand tools and computers Able to lift up to 23 kg Eligible to work in Canada, with at least 18 months remaining on work permit if applicable Preferred: Associate’s degree or equivalent technical training Additional Information Salary range: $45,000 to $60,000 Generous mileage reimbursement: $0.72/km (first 5,000 km), then $0.60/km One‑week online onboarding and one‑week in‑person training in Toronto Immediate start with all tools provided (computer, phone) Why Work with Us This is more than just a job.
