The Front Desk Attendant is the lead customer service contact for all members, guests, or prospects.

Hours for the position are 5AM - 1PM, Monday-Friday. Potentially some weekends and day shifts.

Duties to Be Performed:

· Handle incoming calls

· Greet everyone who comes in the front door

· Check in members and verify membership

· Register guests and collect guest fees

· Register prospects and channel them to the membership department

· Provide directions

· Sell Products and Services

· Keep supplies stocked of all snack and drink items

· Handle membership payments

· Handle rental of towels

· Keep all equipment straight and check out when needed

· Keep track of any program logs

· Keep towels washed, dried and rolled

· Keep desk and lobby neat and clean, and orderly at all times

· Keep supplies stocked at all times

· Be responsible for security for self and others

· Liaison between members and Membership Office: Including prospects and current members

· Schedules for Orientations and Fitness consultations

· Fields all member complaints and concerns

· Performs Opening and Closing Procedures for the club if assigned those shifts

· Attends monthly departmental meetings

· Creates the "First Impression

Administration tasks

Overseeing front desk team and being lead Front desk manager

Creating schedules and timesheets for the front desk team

collections of past due accounts

inventory

We are looking to hire candidates that are able to work the opening and closing shifts. Candidates need to be available to open at 5am

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
