Greater Toronto Executive Centre (GTEC) is a leading provider of flexible, affordable office spaces, meeting rooms, and virtual addresses to businesses across the GTA. We are seeking an organized, customer-focused individual to join us as a contract Centre Administrator.

You will be the face of GTEC, responsible for the smooth operation and positive client experience at one of our two Mississauga locations.

Schedule & Location
Schedule: This is a full-time, on-site role working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the office.

Location: Primarily based in Mississauga, ON, with occasional travel required between our two local Mississauga centre locations.

What You'll Do
Client & Sales Support:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, warmly greeting and assisting all clients and visitors.
  • Conduct professional tours for new potential clients and leads, showcasing our workspace solutions and amenities.
  • Build and maintain great, positive working relationships with all our tenants and space users.
  • Maintain ad campaigns, such as Kijiji, Craigslist etc. and other platforms

Operations & Administration:

  • Manage the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle essential financial tasks: client payments, billing, invoicing, and logging collections.
  • Coordinate all communications, including answering phones, directing calls, and scheduling meeting room bookings.
  • Responsive to concerns around the facility and building and liaising between management and vendors to get problem solved
  • Manage mail and package deliveries, and provide general administrative support to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in client services, scheduling, and front desk management.
  • Experience or comfort with a sales-support role, including presenting to and interacting with potential clients.
  • Strong skills in organizing, managing time, and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
