Description

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced service appointment coordinator to add to our growing team. If you are a believer of integrity and customer satisfaction we would love to speak with you. Previous experience in making appointments, or a business development call center atmosphere and excellent computer skills are a must

Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, excel in written and verbal communication and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls, emails and web leads to schedule service appointments.
  • Confidently recommend/promote services
  • Schedule customer shuttles/courtesy cars as needed
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
  • Log customer information and manage database
  • Explain all completed work and take payment
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in appointment coordination/business development centre is a must.
  • Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor; preference given to candidates with previous call centre/switchboard experience.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Cash handling experience
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base

Compensation commensurate with your experience, a complete benefits package is included.
