Alberta Honda is currently seeking a full-time Appointment Coordinator to join our growing team. As a dealership committed to delivering an outstanding customer experience, we're looking for someone who brings professionalism, energy, and strong organizational skills to our busy Service Department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of Appointment Coordinator experience within the automotive sector
  • Previous service and customer-relations experience is essential
  • Strong organizational abilities and effective time-management
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • Proven customer service background
  • Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming phone calls
  • Conducting outbound calls to schedule service appointments
  • Processing customer payments
  • Booking and confirming appointments
  • Assisting customers throughout the service process
  • Preparing express work orders and related documentation
