Summary

Under the direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Support Associate supports the Sales Manager and sales teams with administrative and organizational support. This role helps maintain accurate records, support smooth daily operations, and the sales process.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales team by tracking and analyzing sales data, preparing reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM/ERP systems; assist with quotes, orders, bids, and new account setup.
  • Draft, proofread, and format documents, presentations, and proposals; assist in preparing marketing materials and customer communications.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions; follow up on action items and ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Sales Manager, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual
  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of plumbing or HVAC products is an asset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
