**Overview**:
We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our vibrant team If you're passionate about technology and committed to delivering outstanding customer service, this role is for you. As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, engaging customers, and promoting our products in a dynamic retail environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Demonstrate products effectively, highlighting features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with precision.
- Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer experience and boost sales.
- Keep the sales floor organized and visually appealing, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and building lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to hit sales goals and create a positive work atmosphere.
- Stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficient in using POS systems and handling cash.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing inventory and sales processes.
- Previous experience in technology sales is a plus, but not required.
- Comfortable conducting product demos that effectively highlight features and benefits.
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to communicate with a wider customer base.
- Solid time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy retail setting.

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10 per week

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- permit to work provided by the federal government (required)
