The Scented Market, a leading candle and wellness company based in Guelph, ON, is seeking a motivated and skilled E-Commerce and Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

Our company is dedicated to creating high quality, handcrafted products that enhance the lives of our customers. With four retail stores and a thriving online store, we're passionate about delivering exceptional service and a seamless shopping experience both in-store and online.

Key Responsibilities:

 Online Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via email, social media, and our website. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.

 Inventory Management: Oversee daily inventory tasks, including reviewing production sheets, updating stock levels, and managing store orders and inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy.

 E-Commerce Management: Maintain and update our Shopify online store, including uploading new products, updating product descriptions and images, and ensuring all content is current andaccurate.

 Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and SMS marketing campaigns to engage our customer base and promote our products and special offers.

 Administrative Tasks: Handle invoicing, print barcode labels, and perform other administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of our e-commerce and retail stores.

Qualifications:

 Proven experience in e-commerce and customer service, preferably within the retail sector.

 Proficiency with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

 Experience with inventory management is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
