- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee daily inventory tasks, including reviewing production sheets, updating stock levels, and managing store orders and inventory to ensure product availability and accuracy.
- **E-Commerce Management**: Maintain and update our Shopify online store, including uploading new products, updating product descriptions and images, and ensuring all content is current andaccurate.
- **Marketing Support**: Assist in the creation and distribution of newsletters and SMS marketing campaigns to engage our customer base and promote our products and special offers.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Handle invoicing, print barcode labels, and perform other administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of our e-commerce and retail stores.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in e-commerce and customer service, preferably within the retail sector.
- Proficiency with **Shopify** and other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with inventory management is an asset.
