We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual
to join our team as a Receptionist. If you have a passion for customer service,
strong communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment this
is the opportunity for you

THE COMPANY:

Horizon Ag & Turf was established in 2024 as Agland and
Martin Deerline merged operations. While the name is different, you can expect
the same faces to greet you, quality equipment, timely service solutions and
parts reliability when you walk into our dealership locations. We are a
family-owned and operated business with over 65 years of experience in
agriculture, property owner, landscaping, construction and golf
industries. Grounded by our Roots. Eyes on the Horizon.

THE POSITION:

·      
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate
departments or people.

·      
Greet customers and visitors, providing a
friendly and welcoming environment.

·      
Assist with administrative tasks, including
filing, daily cash reconciliation as well, organizing the customer lounge area
and maintaining office supplies.

·      
Provide additional support for team members as
needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

·      
Submit and manage Lein Searches on traded
equipment.

Skills required:

  • Previous
    retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a
    dealership setting.
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient
    use of computer programs and technology.
  • Ability
    to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and
    adaptability.
  • Ability
    to work in a fast-paced customer service focused environment, while
    multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Exceptional
    interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Valid
    Driver's license and clean driving record.
