THE COMPANY:

Horizon Ag & Turf was established in 2024 as Agland and Martin Deerline merged operations. THE POSITION:

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or people.
  • Greet customers and visitors, providing a friendly and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, daily cash reconciliation as well, organizing the customer lounge area and maintaining office supplies.
  • Provide additional support for team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Submit and manage Lein Searches on traded equipment.

Skills required:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, especially in a dealership setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient use of computer programs and technology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced customer service focused environment, while multitasking and managing time effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
